Bhatye Beach, Ratnagiri

Bhatye Beach - Bhatye is a small village very close to Ratnagiri city (approximate 1 km away). The village is well known for a mind blowing, flat sea shower. The length of the beach is approximately 1.5 kms and it’s very flat and straight. One can enjoy the Nature at its best here. The Ratnagiri light house and the famous Madavi beach of Ratnagiri city are visible from Bhatye Beach. The place is a paradise for a person who loves the Chat Items ( a famous snacks from India).

The Coconut Research center of Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth (An Agricultural University of Konkan) is situated exactly opposite to the Bhatye beach.
