Tanaji- The Unsung Warrior First Look: Ajay Devgn Steps Into The Shoes Of The Legendary Maratha Hero

Looks like Ajay Devgn is now gearing up to experiment with his roles. After playing an action hero to romancing his heroines, the actor will be now seen in an altogether different avatar in his upcoming film.
Ajay took to his Twitter handle to reveal the first look poster of his upcoming film titled Tanaji- The Unsung Warrior which will be helmed by Om Raut.

We will get to see the actor essaying the role of Maratha leader Subedar Taanaji Malusare who reconquered the fortress of Kondana in the Battle of Sinhagad in 1670 with the help of his pet monitor lizard.
The poster revealed by Ajay, features him in the role of the legendary Maratha warrior indulging in some combat action on the battlefield. It would be quite interesting to watch him playing this historic character.
The period war film is slated to hit the big screens in 2019.
