10 Upcoming Movies Of 2017


We’re just days away from the end of a wonderful year for all Bollywood fans. After 2016 gifted us some stunning movies like Sultan, Pink, Airlift, Raman Raghav 2.0 and many more, 2017 promises to take the bar a notch higher. Here are 10 of those movies which are expected to make 2017 an year to remember for Bollywood and shatter some Box-Office records!



1) Kaabil (Release Date: 25 January)

Directed by Sanjay Gupta, Kaabil is expected to kick start our 2017 on a whopping high! Starring the charismatic duo of Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam, Kaabil is all set to become the first blockbuster of 2017.

2) Raees (Release Date: 25 January)

Is an introduction for King Khan’s Raees needed? Guess not! Raees has king SRK Sporting a look of Gujarati bootlegger who likes to live his life on his own terms. Add to that, a Nawazuddin Siddiqui donning the role of a police officer. The movie is all set to clash with Hrithik’s Kaabil at the end of January.

3) Robot 2.0 (Release Date: Mid-October)

After setting the whole Bollywood on fire with its first installment, Sir Rajnikanth is back with a sequel sprinkled with a pinch of extra glamour. Starring Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson and the great Sir Rajnikanth, Robot 2.0 is expected to create a buzz just like its prequel. The release dates are as yet not confirmed but is most likely due somewhere in October. The initial release date was postponed to avoid a clash with Bahubali: The Conclusion.





4) Bahubali : The Conclusion (Release Date: 14 April)

Time will finally come when we’ll get to know why Katappa killed Bahubali! S. S. Rajamouli’s epic venture will finally end the wait of over an year from every single movie buff. One of the most historical movie ever made in Bollywood, Bahubali: The conclusion no doubt has all the ingredients required to make a movie perfect! 14 April 2017 yes! Mark your calendar fellas!

5) Tubelight (Release Date: Eid of 2017)

Come Eid and come another Bhaijaan-Blockbuster! Tubelight is expected to be an excellent movie for everyone alike as Salman Khan teams up with his Bajrangi Bhaijaan director Kabir Ali. Whats more exciting is the fact that our bachelor Bhaijaan will be seen romancing a chinese beauty this time! Chinese actress Zhu Zhu is just one of the many surprises Tubelight is expected to come up with!

6) Rangoon (Release Date: 24 February)

Vishal Dadlani, Saif Ali Khan, Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor! Four big names of Bollywood come together for one epic showdown titled ‘Rangoon’. The plot set back in World war II is enough to give you a clear idea of what is expected from this astonishing Bollywood extravaganza!

7) Jagga Jasoos (Release Date: 7 April)

Here is one for every Ranbiroholic who were desperately waiting for Ranbir Kapoor to come up with a good movie. Shoot for Jagga Jasoos had started back in 2013! The movie suffered a number of setbacks before finally reaching the finishing line. Ranbir and Katrina are surely expected to create the same magic as they did with APKGK!







8) The Ring (Release Date: 11 August)

Just imagine what will happen when Imtiaz Ali, the master of making romantic movies meets the king of romance, Shahrukh Khan! Of the three SRK releases scheduled for 2017, The Ring is expected to come out positively given the high content of the movie..



9) Raabta (Release Date: 10 February)

After a superhit one man show in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Sushant Singh Rajput is expected to come up with another promising movie in 2017. With Kriti Sanon in the female lead role, Raabta is basically more of an intriguing love story. This dreamy tale is expected to be the only pure romantic movie worth a watch in 2017!



10) Toilet-Ek Prem Katha (Release Date: June/July 2017)

An year in bollywood without an Akshay Kumar movie? That is one thing which is certainly next to impossible nowadays! The name might sound funny but the plot remains a social sattire. Bollywood editor Shree Narayan Singh would be making his directorial debut with Bhumi Pednekar taking up the female lead role.
